Five Ardent Facilities Named to Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work for 2021

Modern Healthcare has announced rankings for health care organizations recognized as Best Places to Work in Healthcare, which includes five Ardent Health Services facilities among the top in the country. This is the thirteenth year an Ardent facility has been listed.

Modern Healthcare’s rankings are based on interviews with leadership and physicians, and a confidential employee survey that assesses satisfaction, work‐life balance, communication, policies and practices, work environment and culture.

The Ardent facilities ranked among the top in the nation for strong workplace cultures and high employee satisfaction for 2021 are:

Physicians Surgical Hospitals, Amarillo, TX (8 years on list)

Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Cushing, OK (3 years on list)

Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, Tulsa, OK (3 years on list)

Ardent has also achieved Level 8 out of 10 in the Epic Gold Star Program for effectively using the system to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
