Vice President, Talent Management
Mr. DeMordaunt brings over 15 years of human resources leadership in a division or corporate environment and over 20 years of experience in the hospital industry. He is responsible for oversight of the talent strategy throughout Ardent Health Services. Mr. DeMordaunt chartered the Ardent Talent Council, a group of senior leaders across the organization who focus on opportunities to enrich the work experience for all associates, and empower manager effectiveness.
He has a demonstrated track record of progressive activities to help Ardent and its affiliates satisfy the demands of operational needs and provide staffing solutions. Executive staffing remains a focus of his, having helped the company sustain a retention rate of greater than the national average.
Prior to joining Ardent in 2004, Mr. DeMordaunt held several positions at HCA, where his tenure there spanned more than a decade, working in three different markets.
He holds degrees in organization psychology, having received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree from Roosevelt University.
