Joanne Hardin, RN

Joanne Hardin brings more than 15 years of hospital quality and reporting experience to her role as chief quality officer, leading the quality, regulatory and patient safety efforts for Ardent. She oversees the development of a quality strategy for each organization and works closely with the quality team and hospital senior leaders to achieve their strategic plan goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Ardent, Ms. Hardin previously served as senior director of public reporting at Community Health Systems and as chief quality officer for Helena Regional Medical Center in Arkansas. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Baptist College of Health Sciences and her master’s degree in business administration with a healthcare focus from Western Governor’s University.
