John Faldetta
Vice President, Development and Finance Counsel
As vice president, development and finance counsel, John Faldetta is responsible for handling Ardent’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as well as assisting with acquisition and joint venture agreements. He previously served as deputy general counsel at Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., as general counsel of Martin Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm, and as vice president & assistant general counsel at Vanguard Health Systems. Mr. Faldetta also practiced law with the Nashville firm of Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP for ten years, representing business clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities, joint ventures, venture capital financing, formation issues and contract negotiations.
He received a bachelor of arts degree in Public Policy Studies as well as his J.D. and master of business administration degrees from Vanderbilt University.
