Vice President, Clinical Talent Acquisition
Rob Kitto brings more than 30 years of experience in both health care operations and strategic talent acquisition to his role at Ardent, where he provides enterprise-wide leadership for clinical talent acquisition as well as clinical talent strategy development. Prior to joining Ardent, Mr. Kitto built and led talent acquisition teams at the corporate level for Memorial Hermann Health System and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas, as well as managed a strategic sourcing and training team for Banner Health System in Phoenix, Arizona.
A proud United States Air Force veteran of 20 years, he began his career in health care operations while in the armed forces before being chosen to recruit for the Air Force his final 8 years.
Mr. Kitto earned his bachelor’s degree in management with a specialization in marketing and a master’s degree in health care administration from Park University, in Parkville, Missouri.
