Serena Pettes

Serena Pettes joined Ardent in 2004, most recently serving as vice president of marketing and business development for Lovelace Health System prior to joining the corporate team in 2022. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing and business development, she leads Ardent’s patient acquisition and consumer engagement, overseeing sales/business development, as well as call center functions.

Ms. Pettes received her master’s degree in organizational technology and instructional technology from the University of New Mexico after earning a bachelor’s degree in communication from New Mexico State University.
