Vicki Knox

Vicki Knox brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and more than 25 years providing quality and safety improvement leadership to her role as vice president of clinical outcomes and operation safety for Ardent. In this position, she leads the quality, regulatory and patient safety efforts for the company. Vicki oversees the development of a quality strategy for each organization and works closely with the quality team and hospital senior leaders to achieve their quality and regulatory objectives. In addition, she oversees all regulatory compliance with regulatory and accrediting entities.

Vicki joined Ardent in 2018 as assistant vice president of clinical and regulatory performance. Previously, she served as a corporate regional quality director at Community Health Systems for 13 years.Vicki received her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from Troy State University School of Nursing in Troy, Alabama.
