AHS is a healthcare management company which provides various management and administrative services to hospitals and healthcare delivery locations affiliated with Ardent Health, Inc. It does not provide any clinical services or mange the delivery of clinical services to patients as those services are managed and delivered by the persons involved in the direct episode of care for the specific patient.
