Caring for One Another
Caring for one another is an important part of our purpose. One way we do that is through the Ardent Cares Foundation. Created in 2019 to assist Ardent employees who experienced catastrophic damage from Hurricane Michael, the foundation is an independent 501(c)3 providing emergency financial assistance to team members experiencing unplanned medical, funeral or natural disaster expenses.
Women @ Ardent
Ardent is committed to supporting team members through a variety of programs and development opportunities, including Women @ Ardent. With the goal of elevating women throughout the organization, Women @ Ardent seeks to provide opportunities and resources to help develop vital leadership skills and increase visibility. Men and women throughout Ardent have access to monthly webinars and supporting resources on a variety of topics including professional and personal development, communication and leadership.
