Caitlin Franklin serves as chief administrative officer for Ardent Health. As a member of the executive leadership team, she helps drive enterprise-wide operational excellence, administrative strategy and organizational effectiveness. She provides strategic oversight for key shared services and business operations, supports large-scale transformation initiatives, including Ardent's ERP modernization efforts, and partners with leaders across the organization to advance strategic priorities, strengthen organizational performance and support long-term growth.
Franklin brings more than 18 years of healthcare leadership experience. Prior to joining Ardent, she served as chief people officer for Amedisys, where she led enterprise workforce strategy and organizational initiatives. She previously held several senior leadership roles at Amedisys and spent more than a decade with Brookdale in progressive positions spanning human resources, talent management and organizational leadership. She is a graduate of Miami University.
