Ranking based on employee survey of a variety of workplace indicators.
Nashville, Tenn. (July 20, 2017) – Ardent Health Services has been recognized as a top employer in Middle Tennessee. Sponsored by The Tennessean, the 2017 Top Workplaces survey was led by WorkplaceDynamics, an employee research and consulting firm. More than 14,000 employees representing 124 organizations participated in the survey. Ardent ranked sixteenth in the mid-sized category of local employees. This is the first year Ardent employees participated in the survey.
