Five Ardent Health Services Hospitals Named As Best Places To Work In Healthcare

FIVE ARDENT HEALTH SERVICES HOSPITALS NAMED AS BEST PLACES TO WORK IN HEALTHCARE

This is the tenth year for an Ardent hospital to be recognized on the prestigious list.

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (May 17, 2018) – Modern Healthcare announced the top 100 health care organizations recognized as Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the tenth year Ardent has been represented on this prestigious list with 11 facilities earning recognition during the past decade - including many repeat winners.

Modern Healthcare’s rankings are based on interviews with leadership and physicians, and a confidential employee survey that assesses satisfaction, work-life balance, communication, policies and practices, work environment and culture. Ardent hospitals recognized are as follows:

  • Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, Oklahoma was named for the seventh year.
  • Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico was named for the third year.
  • Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico made the list for the first time.
  • Physicians Surgical Hospitals in Amarillo, Texas, was named for the sixth year.
  • Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma was recognized for the first year.
