Ranking based on employee surveys
Nashville, Tenn. (June 20, 2019) – Ardent Health Services has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Middle Tennessee for the third year in a row. Sponsored by The Tennessean, the 2019 Top Workplaces survey was conducted by an employee engagement research and consulting firm. More than 14,000 employees representing 117 organizations in Middle Tennessee participated in the survey. This is the third year Ardent employees participated in the survey.
