Two Ardent Health Services facilities have been recognized by HealthStream for excellence in patient and employee satisfaction based on 2015 data. Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, received the HealthStream Excellence through Insight award for Most Improved Outpatient Satisfaction in the large hospital category (250+ beds). Additionally, Physicians Surgical Hospitals of Amarillo, Texas, was honored with the award for Overall Employee Satisfaction & Engagement in the small hospital category (less than 250 employees).
In addition to outperforming other HealthStream clients, these facilities exceeded industry standards by scoring in the 75th percentile or higher in their respective categories. This recognition is especially gratifying given their ongoing focus on creating meaningful experiences and loyalty among patients and employees.
