NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 15, 2022) – Ardent Health Services was ranked among the Best CEOs for Women and Best Leadership Teams for large companies this week by Comparably, a workplace culture and compensation review website.
The rankings are based on feedback from Ardent corporate employees on independent surveys conducted by Comparably over the past eight months.
“These awards reflect what we are building at Ardent as we strive to create a culture of belonging where people feel comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and team members feel valued and understood,” said Ardent President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Bonick. “I am proud of our leaders throughout the organization who share a commitment to promoting professional development and creating opportunities for all team members to be their best.”
Comparably CEO Jason Nazar noted the success Ardent has achieved in creating a positive and diverse culture: “Ardent leadership was previously recognized among the Best CEOs for Women and as one of the Best CEOs in our large company category. The Best Leadership Teams ranking further demonstrates Ardent’s focus on finding ways to create a positive culture and work environment for its employees.”
Based on sentiment ratings from employees, Ardent was among a select group of recipients for Best CEO for Women and Best Leadership Teams in the large company category of organizations with more than 500 employees. This set of Comparably Awards is determined based on anonymous ratings from female employees about their CEOs and sentiment feedback from all employees about their leadership teams (CEOs, executive teams, and direct managers) collected from June 2021 to June 2022. More than 15 million ratings of 70,000 CEOs and organizations determined the winners in each category.
