Women @ Ardent provides networking and professional development opportunities with an emphasis on sharing industry knowledge and leadership experience. The goal is to support all women in our organization while removing gender barriers and preparing team members for leadership opportunities. We believe that having more diverse leaders makes our company stronger.
One of the ways we fulfill the mission of Women @ Ardent is through hosting regular webinars on a wide range of topics including leadership skills, finances, communication tactics and professional development. Additionally, Women @ Ardent sponsors Elevate & Engage, a mentoring program designed to help team members grow personally and professionally. All Ardent team members are welcome to join.
